Claire Fahys

Claire Fahys is interested in a variety of mediums, including painting, photography and video, and within her work she tries to incorporate a mix of these mediums. Her images are built up from layers such as pastels, oils, ink, gouache, newspapers, photographs and even silk, which she then goes onto reconstruct architectural shapes.

"I want to share my vision of living in big cities and how all the details are interesting and how it can also be oppressive".
